what brings you here today?
Jillian Caulfield
Hey! I'm an arts and culture writer. I'm currently an undergrad at the University of Oregon School of Journalism and Communication.
I'm interested in the ways art and people interact, and I'm particularly passionate about media preservation, the development of and interaction between music genres and scenes, making gaming better for the marginalized, and the positive, profound ways art can impact our lives and the world.

notes
I reclaim and identify with the word "dyke," so you might see me use it. I prefer not to be called "queer," though -- it makes me uncomfortable and I don't identify with it. I'm white and don't experience transmisogyny.
I tend to mute/block people I get weird or annoying vibes from pretty freely, and I use blockchains on the rare occasion. So don't think too much of it if I seem to have you blocked for no reason!
